I've lived here for over 2 years and have enjoyed my time so far. I really like the back area that's connected to the lakeside, as well as maintenance being pretty on top of things. Any time I have had an issue it was taken care of fairly quickly, if not right away. For example my door knob fell off and maintenance came and took care of it immediately after I told them about it (shout out to the Supervisor and Will). The people at the leasing office are good at returning emails, easy to talk to and are quite understanding. I havent had any issues with them. The location is convenient if youre military, and want close beach access. It also provides an extra sense of security since its gated. The only negative thing I can think of is how many spiders there are, but theres only so much you can do about that when theres a bunch of trees around. I see the cleaning ladies doing their best to clean them off too, but they’re relentless this time of year.
