I am an employee at this fine establishment, so I might have a bias… but I truly think this is the most delightful place I have ever worked at. The customers are so wonderful to talk to, and the staff is top tier. The food is excellent, the wine is gorgeous and tasteful, and the views are stunning. Cindy and Roger (the owners), and their ‘side kick’, Jackie care so deeply about EVERYONE who steps foot on the property.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Faith, Hope & Charity Vineyard and was truly impressed—not just by the beautiful setting and delightful wines, but by the exceptional customer service that went above and beyond. After realizing the next day that I’d been overcharged on a bottle of wine—specifically, a different vintage than expected—I sent an email to the vineyard explaining the issue. Amazingly, Jacki Bailey responded promptly that very same day. She didn’t just acknowledge the mistake; she took action and arranged a full refund immediately. This kind of responsiveness and care speaks volumes. It’s rare to encounter such swift and effective handling of a concern, especially with such a personal touch. Jacki’s professionalism and dedication made me feel genuinely valued as a customer. Because of this experience, I’ll definitely be returning—and enjoying more of their fine wines—with full confidence in their honesty and hospitality.
